"For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given, and the government shall be upon HIS shoulder and HIS name shall be called, "Wonderful, Counsellor, The MIGHTY GOD, The EVERLASTING FATHER, THE PRINCE OF PEACE." Isaiah 9: 6
"The book [Matthew] of the generations of JESUS CHRIST, the son of David, the son of Abraham." Matthew 1: 1
"And Jacob begat Joseph the husband of Mary, of whom was born JESUS, who is called CHRIST". So all the generations from Abraham to David are fourteen generations and from David until the carrying away into Babylon, fourteen generations, and from the carrying away into Babylon unto Christ are fourteen generations. Now the birth of JESUS was on this wise: when as HIS mother Mary was espoused to Joseph, before they came together, she was found with child of THE HOLY GHOST. Then Joseph her husband, being a just man, and not willing to make her a public example, was minded to put her away privily [privately] but while he thought on these things, behold The ANGEL of THE LORD appeared unto him in a dream, saying, "Joseph, thou son of David, fear not to take unto thee Mary thy wife, for that which is conceived in her is of THE HOLY GHOST. And she shall bring forth a son and thou shalt call HIS NAME JESUS, for HE shall save HIS people from their sins. Now all this was done, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken of THE LORD by the prophet, saying, 'behold a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call HIS name EMMANUEL, which being interpreted is GOD WITH US. Then Joseph being raised from sleep did as THE ANGEL of THE LORD had bidden him and took unto him his wife. And knew her not, till she had brought forth her firstborn son and he called HIS name JESUS. Now when JESUS was born in Bethlehem, of Judaea in the days of Herod the king, behold, there came wise men from the east to Jerusalem, saying ' where is he that is born King of the Jews? for we have seen HIS star, in the east ,and are come to worship HIM. " When Herod the King heard these things, he was troubled and all Jerusalem with him. And when he had gathered all the chief Priests and scribes of the people together he demanded of them where Christ should be born? And they said unto him, "In Bethlehem of Judaea, for thus it is written by the prophet. And thou Bethlehem, in the land of Juda, art not the least among the princes of Juda, for out of thee shall come a Governor, that shall rule my people Israel. Then Herod, when he had privily called the wise men, inquired of them diligently what time the star appeared. And he sent them to Bethlehem and said, 'go and search diligently for the young child, and when ye have found HIM, bring me word again, that I may come and worship HIM also. " When they heard the King they departed, and lo, the star, which they saw in the east, went before them, till it came and stood over where the young child was. When they saw the star, they rejoiced with exceeding great joy! And when they were come into the house, they saw the young child with Mary his mother, and fell down and worshipped HIM and when they had opened their treasures, they presented unto HIM gifts: gold, frankincense and myrrh. And being warned of GOD in a dream that they should not return to Herod, they departed into their own country another way. And when they were departed, behold, THE ANGEL of THE LORD appeared to Joseph in a dream, saying 'arise, and take the young child and his mother, and flee into Egypt, and be thou there until I bring thee word; for Herod will seek the young child to destroy HIM.' Then Herod when he saw that he was mocked of the wise men, was exceeding wroth and sent forth and slew all the children that were in Bethlehem, and in all the coasts thereof, from two years old and under, according to the time which he had diligently inquired of the wise men. Then was fulfilled that which was spoken of by Jeremiah the prophet, saying, "in Rama was there a voice heard, lamentation, and weeping and great mourning; Rachel weeping for her children and would not be comforted, because they are not. " But when Herod was dead, behold, an ANGEL of THE LORD appeareth in a dream to Joseph in Egypt, saying, 'arise and take the young child and his mother, and go into the land of Israel, for they are dead, which sought the young child's life.; And he arose and took the young child and his mother, and came into the land of Israel. But when he heard that Ar-che-la-us did reign in Judaea in the room of his father Herod, he was afraid to go thither; notwithstanding, being warned of GOD in a dream, he turned aside into the parts of Galilee; and he came and dwelt in a city named Nazareth; that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophets, 'HE shall be called a Nazarene."
Matthew chapters 1 & 2.
"In those days, came John the Baptist, preaching in the wilderness, of Judaea, and saying, 'repent ye, for the Kingdom of heaven is at hand. For this is HE that was spoken of by the prophet E-sai-as {Isaiah] saying, "the voice of one crying in the wilderness, 'prepare ye the way of THE LORD, make HIS paths straight. " Matthew 3: 1-3
"Then came JESUS from Galilee to Jordan, unto John, to be baptised of him, but John forbade HIM saying, "I have need to be baptised of thee, and comest THOU to me? And JESUS answering said, unto him, 'suffer it to be so now; for thus it becometh us to fulfill all righteousness." Then he sufffered [permitted] him [to be baptised]. Matthew 3: 13-15

JESUS said, 'let your light so shine before men that they may see your good works and glorify your FATHER which is in heaven. Think not that I AM come to destroy the law or the prophets. I am not come to destroy but to fulfill. For verily I say unto you, till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, til all be fulfilled. Whosoever therefore shall break one of these Commandments and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the Kingdom of heaven, but whosoever shall do them and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven. " " Matthew 5: 16
JESUS said, 'It hath been said, whosoever shall put away his wife, let him give her a bill of divorcement; but I say unto you, 'that whosoever shall put away his wife, saving for the cause of fornication, causeth her to commit adultery, and whosoever shall marry her that is divorceth committeth adultery. Again ye have heard that it hath been said by them of old time, 'thou shalt not forswear thyself, but shalt perform unto THE LORD thine oaths. But I say unto you, ' swear NOT at all, neither by heaven for it is GOD's throne, nor by the earth, for it is HIS footstool, neither by Jerusalem for it is the city of the the great King. Neither shalt thou swear by thy head, because thou canst not make one hair white or black. But let your communication be 'yea, yea; nay, nay; for whatsoever is more than these, cometh of evil." Matthew 5 : 31- 37
JESUS said, "love your enemies, bless them that curse you do good to them that despitefully use you, and persecute you, that ye may be the children of your FATHER which is in heaven, for HE makesth HIS sun to rise on the evil and on the good and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust. For if ye love them which love ye, what reward have ye? Do not even the Publicans the same? And if ye salute your brethren only, what do ye more than others? Do not even the Publicans the same? Be ye therefore perfect even as your FATHER which is in heaven is perfect." Matthew 5: 44-48
JESUS said, "no man can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or else he will hold to the one and despise the other. Ye cannot serve GOD and mammon * Matthew 6: 24 *[wealth, worldly gain, greed by Winston English dictionary] .

And as ye go, preach, saying,' the kingdom of heaven is at hand. Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils, freely ye have received. Freely give. . . and whosoever shall not receive you nor hear your words, when ye depart out of that house, shake off the dust of your feet. Verily, I say unto you it shall be more tolerable for the land of Sodom and Gomorrha in the Day of Judgement than for that city. " Matthew 10: 5-8
JESUS said, "what I tell you in darkness, that speak ye in the light; and what ye hear in the ear, that preach ye upon the housetops. And fear not him which is able to kill the body, but ae not able to kill the soul, but rather fear HIM which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell." Matthew 10: 27-28

JESUS said, 'go rather to the lost sheep of the house of Israel. And as ye go, preach saying, " TheKingdom of heaven is at hand'; heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils, freely ye have received, freely give. . . and into whatsoever city or town ye shall enter, inquire who in it is worthy, and there abide till ye go thence. And when ye come into an house, salute it. And if the house be worthy, let your peace come upon it; but if it be not worthy, let your peace return to you. And whosoever shall not receive you, nor hear your words, when ye depart out of that house, or city, shake off the dust of your feet. For it is not ye that speak, but THE SPIRIT of your FATHER which speaketh in you. " Matthew 10: 18-20
JESUS said, " fear ye not therefore, ye are of more value than many sparrows. Whosoever therefore shall confess ME before men, him will I also confess before MY FATHER which is in heaven. But whosoever will deny ME before men, him I also deny before MY FATHER which is in heaven. Think not that I AM come to send peace on earth; I came not to send peace but a sword. For I come to set at variance a man against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law. And a man's foes shal be they of his own household. He that loveth father or mother more than ME is not worthy of ME; and he that loveth son or daughter more than ME is not worthy of ME. " Matthew 11: 31-37

JESUS said, "he that is not with ME is against ME, and he that gathereth not with ME, scattereth abroad. Wherefore I say unto you, 'all manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men; but the blasphemy against THE HOLY GHOST shall not be forgiven unto men. And whosoever speaketh a word against The Son of Man, it shall be forgiven him, but whosoever speaketh against THE HOLY GHOST it shall not be forgiven him, neither in this world, neither in the world to come. Either make the tree good and his fruit good, or else make the tree corrupt, and his fruit corrupt, for the tree is known by his fruit. O generation of vipers, how can ye being evil speak good things? for out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh. A good man out of the good treasure of the heart bringeth forth good things, and an evil man out of the evil treasure bringeth forth evil things. But I say unto you, 'that every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give an account thereof in The Day of Judgement. For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned." Matthew 12: 30-37
JESUS said, "an evil and adulterous generation seeketh after a sign and there shall no sign be given to it, but the sign of the prophet Jonas. For as Jonas was three days and three nights in the whale's belly, so shall The Son of Man, be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth. The men of Nin-e-vah shall rise in Judgement with this generation and shall condemn it; because they repented at the preaching of Jonah, and behold, a greater than Jonas is here. " Matthew 12: 39-41

For out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies. These are the things which defile a man; " Matthew 15: 9, 11, 18-20
JESUS said, " And I say unto thee, that thou art Peter and upon THIS rock I will build My church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. Whosoever therefore shall humble himself as this little child, the same is greatest in The Kingdom of heaven. And whoso shall receive one such little child in My name, receiveth ME. But whoso shall offend one of these little ones which believe in ME, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea. Woe unto the world because of offenses! for it must needs be that offenses come; but woe to that man by whom the offense cometh! . . . take heed that ye despise not one of these little ones;. . . even so, it is not the will of your FATHER which is in heaven, that one of these little ones should perish." Matthew 18: 3-7, 10a, 14
JESUS said, "moreover is thy brother shall trespass against thee, go and tell him his fault between thee and him alone; if he shall hear thee, thou hast gained thy brother. But if he will not hear thee, then take with thee one or two more, that in the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established. And if he neglect to hear thee, tell it to the Church; but if he neglect to hear the Church, let him be unto thee as a heathen and a publican. Verily, {truthfully} I say unto you, 'whatsoever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven; and whatsoever ye shall loose on earth, shall be loosed in heaven. Again, I say unto you, that if you two of you agree on earth as touching anything that they shall ask, it shall be done of them of my FATHER which is in heaven. For where two or three are gathered together in MY Name, there am I in the midst of them. Then came Peter to him and said, "LORD, how oft shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? till seven times?' JESUS saith unto him, " I say not unto thee, until seven times, but until seventy times seven." Matthew 18: 15-22

" And HE {JESUS} answered and said unto them, 'have ye not read that he which made them at the beginning made them male and female. And said,"for this cause shall a man leave his father and his mother and shall cleave to his wife, and they twain shall be one flesh. Wherefore they are no more twain, but one flesh. What therefore GOD hath joined together let no man put asunder." They say unto HIM, 'why did Moses then command to give a writing of divorcement and to put her away?" And HE said, "Moses because of the hardness of your hearts suffered you to put away your wives, but from the beginning it was not so. And I say unto you, 'whosoever shall put away his wife, except it be for fornication and shall marry another , committeth adultery; and whoso marrieth her which is put away doth commit adultery. Matthew 20: 22-23
"But JESUS called them unto him, and said, 'ye know that the Princes of the Gentiles exercise dominion over them, and they that are great exercise authority upon them. But it shall not be so among you,but whosoever will be great among you, let him be your minister; and whosoever will be Chief among you, let him be your servant. Even as The Son of man came not to be ministered unto but to minister, and to give HIS life a ransom for many." Matthew 20: 25-28
